t report, aims to provide more insight on the human resource project developed by Trihealth, which has over time been categorized as one of the ideal employers not only in the state of Ohio, but in the greater United States (www.trihealth.com). Contrary to the misconception, human resource projects are not often different from other business aspects, for they work towards ensuring that organizations accomplish their goals and at the same time maximize their financial benefits. The human resource project developed by Trihealth would therefore focus on both the internal and external customers, thereby ensuring the faster and efficient accomplishment of the strategic goals of the establishment.

The major role of the human resource project developed by Trihealth would be to carry out conclusive stakeholder analysis of the daily operations that go on within the institution. This analysis would come in handy in determining some of the potential resistance areas to the daily tasks carried out within the institute and how the opposition may affect some of the key business indicators of the organization. In carrying out the analysis however, it would be of great significance for the executors of the project to ensure that they do not use the collected information in a punitive manner.

Similarly, the perpetrators should not employ most of the statistics collected to cut costs, thereby eliminating jobs. Instead, the executors should ensure confidentiality of the data, and come up with mechanisms of averting any form of prospective resistance. Another important role of the Trihealth project team would be carry out performance review of the entire workforce and putting up recommendations to that effect. Such a move would come in handy in ascertaining the input of each employee when it comes to discharging his or her duties and how efficient they are.
