ITD or ILD was selected.Headphones were put on with “R” is on the right side, and “L” is on the left side. The program presented 35 sounds then it stopped.Using the mouse the left or right ear was selected according to the sound. The co-ordinate was found by moving the cross-hair over the respective location.Values from each run were recorded. Each part (ITD and ILD) was repeated three times.Printed graphs were collected at the end of the experiment. Two different stimuli were used during the experiment the Diotic and Dichotic.

The diotic stimulation had no interaural time difference (ITD) and no interaural intensity difference (IID). The sound was perceived in the middle of the head. The Dichotic stimulation had both ITD and IID stimuli. In ITD, a time delay (t) was introduced where the left ear leads at some time while the right ear leads at some other times. This was expressed in delta t which is equal to right ear minus left ear delay time. The sound was lateralized towards the ear with the earlier arriving sound.

In IID, a difference in intensity was introduced where the sound was more intense towards the left ear and at some times towards the right ear. This was expressed in delta I where sound lateralized towards the more intense stimulus. The following graphs represent the data collected graphically. In the first test, the percentage heard is represented in graph 1.In the second test, the percentage heard is represented in graph 2.In the third T-test, the percentage heard is represented in graph 3.In the first ILD test, the percentage heard is represented in graph 4.

In the second I-test, the percentage heard is represented in graph 5.In the third T-test, the percentage heard is represented in graph 6.
