Thepositionis based in themanagementoperationsandtheperson will be anticipated to help with thedailyoperationsanddevelopment of policies. Thispositionputsemphasis on a person's aptitude to learnnovelskillsandgrow as a manager within thebusiness. Thejobpositionseeks an individual with a stronganalyticalability, outstanding interpersonal andcommunicationskills, proactive, diligent, creative, and hardworking and an individualwho can work with otherpeople amicably. Themaintasks will includeassisting with theplanning, assigninganddesignating of fieldactivities, supervising, coordinatingandorganizingtheoperations of thebusiness, help with thesupervision of thecompany’s facilities, andreport to theseniormanager. Iam fitforthisjobbecausethe Big Five testportrayedthat I am carefulandan orderlyperson, hardworking, reliable, can integratewell with theorganization (Furnham&Chamoro-Premuzic, 2011, p. 58)and is concerned about thewelfare of otherpeople (Chamoro-Premuzic et al. 2011: p. 45).
