Its practice makes the circumstances, events and systems intended for creating quality information plus business knowledge to enhance business performance. IT and business management technology is the main factor of implementation ad development of business process change, which as well influences the development and improvements of the company’s operational areas through new technology based information systems that should offer the data required in business processes. The present package of IBM Cognos is 8.4 that composed of 2 main packages. One package comprises IBM Cognos 8 BI PowerPlay plus the additional package includes all IBM Cognos 8 BI components except IBM Cognos PowerPlay (IBM-Cognos, 2010). This report show that both technology based system are more effective and efficient for the hospitality and entertainment business. However it is also assessed that IBM’s COGNOS is well suited for the high class and large business structures. Here I have also analyzed that Micros’s Micros Fidelio, or Opera business suit is well suited for the small and medium business. In scenario I will suggest the IBM’s COGNOS for the Pizza Hut business for its enhanced business support and working performance. This system is suggested by seeing the Pizza Hut business size and working structure. 6- Conclusion In present extremely competitive economic environment containing the right IT in business is a vital constituent of corporate success. Every business deals with a number of novel technologies whether it is simply a fundamental computer system or extremely refined software to track sales from the time the primary contact is established until they close. Discovery of the accurate IT personnel or business to offer the right systems is not as hard as it can initially appear.
