My reflection on the life expectancy test result of school Life expectancy test has enabled us to calculate the estimated years of life we would live. My estimated life is 67 years which is not a satisfying result. This test definitely makes sense because it is quite obvious that drinking, smoking and all such activities are major factors behind bad health. If one does not take a balanced diet and does not exercise, many problems and illnesses can take place. For example, taking too much of fatty food can make you obese which in turn will give birth to many problems such as high blood pressure and high cholesterol level.

Processed foods usually lose their benefits when they are being processed. I am already an overweight individual so I have to reduce my weight as later on it would be very difficult for me to overcome this problem. Smoking is one of the major causes behind lungs cancer while drinking also leads to ill health. It leads you to a subconscious state. It also makes you inactive and aggressive. I do not drink that much but I will ban this from now on because I want to adopt a healthy lifestyle. After seeing my test result I have gone through the internet and I have searched for steps to a healthier lifestyle.

I have gathered lot information and I am planning to follow that. I have decided to cut down carbohydrates. I will make a diet plan and I will strictly follow that. I take a lot of junk food due to my busy routine and now I will avoid that. I have planned to move on a healthier diet. I will take fruits and vegetables which are a good source of protein and vitamins. I have decided to walk at least 30 minutes every morning. Fresh air would be very beneficial and walking everyday would overcome my weight problem and make me active.

After following all what I have planned, I will take this test again to make sure that my estimated life expectancy result reaches above 75.
