Over the past 150 year fashion media have regard to both image and text? Internet has revolutionized lives and fashion is no stranger to this phenomenon. The world of fashion has been changing like none other and in the recent past, there has been due information available to suggest that the role of Internet has opened up new pathways and created ease of use and accessibility for the sake of the fashion followers all over the world. This is one of the basic reasons why fashion is being followed all over the world and adopted by people immediately because they have the luxury to get on the Internet and find out new options and trends for their own selves. This is a unique phenomenon, more so because it has allowed people to be one step ahead of others if they have the right tools like the Internet available at their disposal. They can view websites of their favorite magazines and touch base with the designers through Facebook pages and other social networking websites and blogs. There is abundance of information which can be had easily off the Internet and there is evidence available on hand which suggests that the Internet has played its due role at changing beliefs and ideologies in people no matter where they hail from or from what region of the world they are situated in, at a particular period in time. This paper discusses the manner in which Internet has been able to play an instrumental role at changing ideologies and beliefs within the world of fashion and how it is being taken within the related fashion circles with regards to media and globalization realms. Fashion media has come about with the advent of different channels, which have allowed the consumers to view the varied styles, tones and palettes in a wholly differential way. The times have changed and this has allowed the fashion consumers to learn new ideas and explore advancements which were not known in the past. They have found out the trends that they would like to adopt in the coming times and for this they have determined new avenues like the Internet and different magazines and newspapers which cater to their needs in a wholesome manner. There is solid evidence which suggests that the fashion consumers and loyalists have appreciated the ideology behind setting up of these fashion websites and blogs all across the World Wide Web. It has made them feel privileged because they have been given the right recipe for getting ahead in life and competing with the society that they are a part of, all the time. Their self-esteem has been raised as they can now aim to touch base with new trends and styles, and thus look at their best whenever they need to be. The audiences and consumers of fashion have long waited for a device which could keep them abreast of the changing trends and patterns. One should believe that the Internet is the messiah for such consumers who believe in the strength of propagation and the manner under which success for the fashion consumers could be achieved time and time again (Holt 2004). The Internet is their savior and they can thus derive the very best and up to date trends, fads and pertinent details, as they explore the different realms of the Internet through websites, blogs and other avenues that are available. When one comprehends the real meaning behind the advent of Internet concerning the world of fashion, the most important undertaking is that of fashion journalism. It has meant that the fashion critics and writers have told the consumers about the different trends and styles which have come up and how these have contributed to the overall growth and development of the entire fashion industry and the designers in meticulous. They have also penned down on the most basic improvements and changes which should be incorporated by these designers because this is in line with the rule book, which the world of fashion does not like to follow in essence. It is truly said that the fashion world does not follow any set patterns and this is the reason why many fashion designers like to remain as creative as they like to be. They do not follow the rules and always believe in breaking the rules to make up their own so that the world follows them. If seen correctly, this is a very significant pointer which should be understood to bring about unique creativity within the world of fashion, assisted closely with journalism and blogging. These websites and blogs have been posted by the different fashion critics who have long believed in the power of pen, which is transferred to the digital form by different incorporations which are made on a consistent basis. Fashion journalism has grown as a concept and it has been taken on as a new form in this day and age. This is the reason why many fashion journalists are finding new designers to advance their related understanding levels and to touch upon new bases globally. These fashion journalists roam around from one fashion show to another and thus find out the new trends through their exploratory mechanisms, which they have set up within their own domains. They have also made an effort to discern the exact ways under which they could be given the material and the photographs to different fashion shows which are taking place within a region or even in varied nations of the world. Thus the global approach to deal with the changes in fashion is somewhat of an interesting idea as the debate lingers on as far as the world of fashion media is concerned. The Internet has proven to be the savior under such quarters and thus credit must be given where it is most due. Fashion journalism has many different types. There are some journalistic angles which take care of only the ramp shows and catwalks. Then there are the journalistic viewpoints which discuss cuts, motifs and embellishments which are relevant to a season or time. Again there are journalistic viewpoints which take care of the commercial angles which are widespread within the different forms of media and culture which remain popular and up to date with the changing times. The role of the Internet cannot be denied its due right. This is because it has changed ideologies and shaped up lives in more ways than one. Internet has brought in a good number of benefits and advantages in the lives of commoners all around the world. This is the reason why it is seen as the next best thing or even better when it comes to a close comparison with television. Even newspapers have been shown the door when there is the important talk of the Internet and its different manifestations which are playing a pivotal part in the day to day lives of the common people. There are people who derive new ideas and techniques from the Internet and these are regarded as some of the negatives that come from the domains of the global engine. This is called plagiarism in the most basic sense, and should be abhorred as much as one can. However the fashion students also derive a thing or two from the same quarters and they thus comprehend the real meaning behind the world of fashion and how it gets propagated through the Internet in a very timely and quick way. These are very significant details and should be taken a close look by the people who matter the most within the aegis of the Internet and indeed the fashion journalism. Similarly, the role of media culture is very significant here because it speaks for its own basis. When one truly understands the basis of success within the realms of fashion, then only are the efforts incorporated to find out new touch points within the coming days. If, however there are serious issues in the wake of attaining success in media culture, then fashion will also suffer as a result of the same. This is the responsibility of the fashion fraternity to have the best pathways in order to derive the true meaning of fashion, and how it truly represents the tastes and likes of the people who believe in the word of fashion and how it relates with the people on a global level (Lipschultz 2000). Media culture gains an even more significant role when it is followed by people left, right and center, all over the world. If this media culture has predicaments, then it would mean that the people will have doubts in following the fashion scenarios which are being spread through these media forms. Media culture is therefore one of the more looked after aspects when it comes to fashion and how it is viewed globally. It is necessary that fashion will manifest its truest form in its own manner so that the fashion consumers will take a sigh of relief that they are being given the relevant information and details as and when they require the same. In essence, fashion is one of the most pertinent aspects of media culture and should be viewed as such. Writing about fashion has been a trend in this day and age. This is because people appreciate what has been written about the changing fashions and how this is manifested in a number of different ways and means. Since fashion journalism has come up for all the right reasons, the world of fashion has also moved on with the changing times. Fashion has been written in different avenues like magazines, newspapers, books and journals. Now with the advent of the Internet, this has come on to the websites and blogs as well. This has been apparent through different fashion catalogues and pages which have been built up with the passage of time. There are a number of positives when one discusses how fashion will be propagated and how it will reach its zenith through the written word, which is being penned by different fashion critics and authors all over the world. More than anything else, there is a dire need to realize that consumers of fashion accept the written word which is a very beneficial aspect to take care of. It has meant that fashion will keep on getting promoted for all the right reasons, and there are no avenues at all which will limit its approach and propagation if the written word rules the roost in the coming times. There are certain theories which are making the rounds of fashion whilst it is being spread across the Internet. What this has meant that Internet has opened new doors to reach out to the exact audiences which will bring out a message of fashion consumers that they can buy and get in the same line of fashion understanding which they seek to have. These are important times today because fashion is being given the room to grow its own basis, and that too in a quick way. The theories have included the influence of the written fashion basics in the different newspapers, magazines, books and journals, and how these have linked the context of collective good more than any other thing imaginable (Clemens 2004). There is a dire need to set things right because this is what is needed in this day and age. Meaning is understood in terms of fashion audiences because it is fashion that is directed for them and no one else at all. Fashion should always be seen from a perspective which would inculcate growth within the people to open up new horizons of developing their aesthetic sense and thus harness the skills which are present within them to showcase how well they can adopt fashion or how well they can look after their own dressing styles and ways. Fashion media has therefore grown as a whole. This is because fashion is being understood differently in different regions of the world. It is fashion which will manifest its truest form in the changing times, and thus it would take care of the aesthetic needs and similar requirements. It is a fact that fashion is always seen as a very popular aspect of growth within the minds of the people. Within the economic domains of present times, fashion is being deciphered in a manner which will increase its significance over the people who come directly under the related aegis. For that matter, fashion will always be perceived as a very popular yet liberal method by some of the critics in the society because they believe that fashion creates upheaval for all the wrong reasons. There are some justifications present within this ideology, however these would not be discussed here for the topic is pretty different within this discussion. This field is being economically driven by investors and financial organizations who have long believed in the power of fashion and the manner in which it connects with its audiences (Lessig 2000). Therefore it would be correct to suggest here that fashion has been a very positive subject of study within the minds and hearts of the loyalists, who want to seek a change for the better, and thus move ahead with the changing times in the future. It should be remembered here that fashion is here to stay, and it will manifest itself with different representations and contextual meanings. It is how this fashion will be interpreted that one can derive a number of varied meanings and metaphors. In the end, the significant aspects of fashion should be taken care of. It is of paramount importance to know here that fashion is here to stay, and it will keep on amending its form and ways in the coming days. It will open up new pathways and touch novel trends and fads as and when times change. There is a dire need to realize how the world of fashion will change its course and what factors will play an important role within the globally changing fashion regimes. The fashion circles have long adopted on to the bandwagon of adhering to new cuts, designs and embellishments, and this will be the case in the next decade or so. All said and done, fashion is making waves for all the right reasons and its consumers will keep on increasing because they believe in the dictum of fashion and the appeals that come along with it. Everyone wants to look good and fashion is one of the outlets through which they can be projected in a manner that they would best like to be.
