Education Our contemporary society is one that is globalized and is based on innovation and information, and they, in turn are broad knowledge intensive. The effect this has on education is most common and because of globalization there has been a high demand for education more precisely tertiary education. Education is more than writing, reading and arithmetic. It may be considered as one of the essential investments a country can make in its citizens and its future and is vital to reducing inequality and poverty. Education, if eyed at beyond its conventional boundaries, holds the very essence of all individual’s actions. What individuals do is what they know and have learned, either through observation or instructions and assimilation. Regardless, the essential of education in society is indispensable and cohering and indispensable, which is why society and knowledge may be ever separated into two distinct entities. Individual roles for pursuing education can vary so are the changes in an individual. The deeper understanding the goals and nature of educational socialization processes could also differ according to the sociological paradigm applied. In short, education has the ability to make the world a better place. With improved education, so many other areas are positively affected. Education helps individuals understand themselves better; it helps them realize their potential and qualities as human beings. It helps you to tap into the talent so that you may be able to sharpen your skills. In recent past, many countries including the United State have experienced changes in the education sector with regard to technology, standards, teaching to the test, common core standards delivery techniques of lessons within the classroom setting among others. As an individual going through education system, education system has prepared me to change the world. Education has played an important role in equipping me with the expertise needed in helping me realize my career goals. Through the career goals, the world is changed. Expertise is an in-depth knowledge about a given field, and its ought to open doors to brilliant career opportunities and, in the long run, give back to the community. Education I have obtained has fetched better prospects of career growth and understanding the world around me. Good education obtained has an eligibility criterion for employment in most sector of the industry across the globe and as such transformed the world. Be it any field, education continuously proves to be rewarding. That changed can be seen in the way I am weighed in the market on the basis of my educational skills and on how well I can apply them. Though, not enlisted as one of the three basic human needs, education is equally important. The debate of how education has transformed depends on the various dimensions of how we look at education system as a whole. For example, there have been changes in terms of the approaches; technology used, delivery methods of classroom lessons, teaching to the test, common core standards. No Child Left Behind policies among other changes. For a fact, educational change over time in the Schools more explicitly educational systems is portrayed by many to be an essential part in the advancement of every individual and the entire society. Through the involvement of the educational system, every person’s own skills potential, abilities and skills are attached and developed further to be applied as his or her tool for attaining bigger things in life indefinite facets such as innovation , progress, exploration and many others. Currently, education is undergoing a radical transformation as an outcome of the digital revolution and the rapid growth in information and ebven communication technologies and digital media. The change has been likened to that of the traditional transition from the traditional pre-industrial educational model to that of mass schooling initiated in the late 19th century. While in the traditional pre-industrial model, most of what individuals learned they did through their daily life and work activities, the industrial, educational model equated learning experience – to a very large extent – with schooling. Learning spaces are currently undergoing an important change. In addition, the classroom has totally changed from the normal one room school house to a totally virtual classroom. The advent of electronic learning and distance students learning has changed teaching and the role of the instructors from a disseminator of knowledge to that of a facilitator of education. Normally, an electronic technology has progressively changed the interaction between the instructor and the student. For most of the late 20th century, distance learning entailed the use of paper and pen, postal service and typewriters providing one link between the instructors and the student. Presently it has become possible to transmit educational systems, courses and content using the satellite and World Wide Web. Another notable change in education system has been seen in the area of changes in delivery methods of lessons classroom the setting. All these has changed when academic institutions have more regent, advanced placement and increased selection of courses. Furthermore, students have access unlike in the past, today to more practical approach syllabus coverage have been adopted, to career guidance, among other practical approaches to offer even much better. Today, a number of views are restricted, and some made knowledgeable. There have instances where been various learners have definite curriculum they need to learn thus in have limited chance to defect and teach their personal technique or add what they perceive to be essential to the learners education in the curriculum. Corporal punishment that historically existed in the initial days of education in different states is a thing of the past as the learners learns mature ways of being corrected in severe educationally and classroom system. The education system has also transformed in terms of its standards. The education system has changed a lot, and currently the education system is more diluted than it was decades ago. Instructors have been seen to be reluctant to provide the learners with the necessary practical aspects that shape their future career growth. To a large extent, the changes in education can be attributed to the reluctant role that instructor and the students. The content given to the students has been questionable. Instructors have diluted the standard by repeating same content year in year out. On the other hand, students have also diluted the education system by being involved in many cases of cheating. Students have been smarter than decades ago by improvising better ways to cheat in the exam. The situation has further been .accelerated by the lack of concerns by instructors saw and laxity in supervision during exam. As a conclusion, it worth noting that the role that education plays in the society is very important. Education has played an important role in equipping me with the expertise needed in realizing my career goals. Expertise is an in-depth knowledge about a given field, and its ought to open doors to brilliant career opportunities and, in the long run, give back to the community. Individuals such as myself who have gone through the education system are able to change the world. Furthermore, individuals live in an ever changing world. Without education, it may be really difficult for one to adapt to all these transformation.
